It's just considered polite to credit them if you referenced the poses from them. Otherwise the people you referenced from could get angry and you would get into a lot of trouble.

I know you're new to Deviantart and I wish you the warmest welcome.

Harry Potter has a huge fanbase here, and a lot of popular artists.

I've noticed that you have copied a few of those artists in your work ~Makani and ~Madcarrot are just two but you should really ask permission from all of them before you post them, and at the very least provide a link to their page/original work in your descriptions.

Its the right thing to do.
